‘Daylight’ - Dir. by Darius J. Rubin

Equal parts confession and performance, the film is a meditation on young love, the ache of almosts, and the way we dress up the past in warmer lighting.  Intercut with flashes of a relationship in all its chaotic, euphoric glory—from drunken first dates to passive-aggressive family dinners—Daylight charts the rise and fallout of a love that was either almost everything or absolutely nothing, depending on the minute.
